Backlogged transactions are limited by the throughput of three external FTP servers. We are continuing to communication channels are operating at normal latency. We are continuing to monitor

Monitoring

We detected a degradation in ingesting files inbound to the Orderful platform via FTP. The issue was resolved immediately and backlogged files are currently processing.

It appears the monitors never triggered an incident alert, we are investigating why this is and reconstructing a timeline. More details to come.
