Orderful will perform scheduled maintenance on our legacy communication channels for approximately 1 hour on 3/1/23 from 5pm - 6pm PT.

When: 3/1/23 from 5pm - 6pm PT

What: A service maintenance window to make several infrastructure improvements to ensure optimal performance, reliability and scalability for the future.

Impact: Transactions sent to Orderful via AS2 may receive a failure notification during this window.

Action Required: Resend any failed or unacknowledged transactions during the specified time frame.

Note: Transaction sent from Orderful during the maintenance window will be queued and processed once the system is back online.
