Timeframe: Saturday, January 14th from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. EST Who is Affected: ECGrid customers and connections Action Item for you: During the maintenance window, resend files until a standard successful response has been received from ECGrid Loren Data will exercise a proactive maintenance window on Saturday, January 14th, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST. During this maintenance window, we will be performing preventative maintenance. The maintenance activities will provide software updates through various system components to ensure high performance, secure communications, and an always-on platform. Data will be processed normally during this maintenance window due to our data centers’ highly available architecture. Every effort will be made to minimize downtime during the update. Should you experience any difficulty connecting during this window, please resend files until you receive a standard successful response.
